Evidence and Assumptions

Modelling notes, portfolio signals and evidence-style assumptions for the fictional dashboard. Values are embedded in the single HTML file.

This demo treats the portfolio as an agritech and rural innovation programme: farm productivity, low-carbon energy, skills, logistics, processing space and market access are brought together in one reviewable evidence base.

Portfolio value and spend

Capital values are fictional midpoint estimates in 2026 prices. Annual spend is allocated straight-line across each project programme, which makes the spend profile transparent for workshop discussion and avoids hidden phasing assumptions.

Benefits

Jobs, GVA, homes, floorspace and carbon savings are fictional gross indicators assigned to each project record. Cumulative charts attribute benefits to project completion years, matching how outline benefits registers are often reviewed.

Agritech logic

The project mix is intentionally broad: food production, processing, clean energy, logistics, skills, health innovation, housing and market access all form part of the fictional rural productivity story.

Spatial model

Coordinates are fictional and clustered around a UK-style growth area, with outlying energy, park-and-ride and enterprise projects. Map zones and corridors are illustrative Leaflet layers rather than statutory boundaries.

Delivery assurance

RAG status, risk score and confidence are invented assurance fields used to demonstrate programme management views. Confidence is shown as a simple 0-100 score so client teams can challenge assumptions quickly.

Images and performance

All project imagery is stored locally as compressed WebP. The hero image is sized for a wide dashboard banner; project images are smaller because they only appear in the drawer.

Filter behaviour

Global filters drive overview calculations. Map and table filters are independent so users can explore spatial and pipeline views without losing the overview context.

Demo boundaries

This is a static, browser-openable dashboard. There is no live database, no Cloudflare worker dependency, and no real client data hidden behind the scenes.
